Institute of Construction Economics and Management offers students a wide range of courses within the Civil Engineering, Geodesy and Cartography, Municipal Engineering and Architecture of Building Structures study programmes both in the Czech language and selected courses also in the English language. Furthermore, the Institute guarantees the Civil Engineering Management study branch at the BUT Faculty of Civil Engineering. The staff of the Institute also take part in the teaching activities at the BUT Institute of Forensic Engineering and the BUT Faculty of Architecture. In addition to native teaching, they also intensively give lectures at foreign partner universities.

The courses provided are focused, among others, on investment project management, project management, construction pricing, business management, real estate valuation, facility management, human resource management and finance and accounting fields. The content of the courses is continually updated to reflect current needs of practice and to provide students with the abilities and skills for their future career at the highest possible level.

Study branch “Civil Engineering Management” within the Civil Engineering study programme is accredited at bachelor, master as well as PhD study level.
